Refund Policy

Overview
DevNexus facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers of digital resources and services. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while protecting against abuse.
1. Digital Resources (Scripts, Assets, Files)
Eligible for Refund
- The resource was not delivered or is inaccessible after purchase
- The resource is materially different from its description or preview
- The resource contains malware or malicious code
- Duplicate purchase made in error within 24 hours
Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading
- The resource does not work with your specific setup (compatibility is your responsibility to verify)
- You purchased the wrong item
- The resource has already been used in a project
2. Services (Freelance / Hire)
Service transactions are governed by the agreement between buyer and seller. General guidelines:
- Before work begins: Full refund available if the seller has not started work
- Work in progress: Partial refund may be negotiated based on work completed
- Completed work: Refunds are generally not available for completed and delivered services unless the delivery materially fails to meet the agreed scope
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact the seller directly through the platform messaging system first
- If unresolved within 48 hours, open a dispute via your order dashboard
- DevNexus support will review the case and respond within 3–5 business days
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Platform fees are non-refundable.
5. Abuse Policy
Repeated refund requests, chargebacks filed without first contacting support, or attempts to obtain refunds after using a resource may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
6. Disputes
DevNexus acts as a neutral mediator in disputes. Our decisions are final. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion to maintain platform integrity.
