Leaderboard & Stats System

A complete leaderboard and player statistics system for Roblox with real-time updates, multiple leaderboard types, historical tracking, and a polished in-game UI.

Leaderboard Types

Global Leaderboard — Top players across all servers using OrderedDataStore. Updates every 60 seconds.
Server Leaderboard — Real-time ranking within the current server session.
Friends Leaderboard — Ranks the player among their Roblox friends (uses Social API).
Weekly/Monthly Reset — Automatic leaderboard resets on configurable schedule with archive of previous periods.

Statistics Tracking

Track any numeric stat: kills, deaths, wins, playtime, distance traveled, items crafted, etc. Stats are displayed in a player profile panel with charts showing 7-day and 30-day trends.

Animated rank changes (up/down arrows with color)
Player avatar display (using Roblox thumbnail API)
Podium view for top 3 players
Personal rank display even when not in top 100
Configurable columns and sort criteria

Clean UI, easy setup. The podium view for top 3 is a nice touch. Stat trend charts are great for players who care about their progress.

The friends leaderboard is a killer feature for player retention. My DAU went up 15% after adding it — players compete with their friends. The weekly reset keeps things fresh.
